Got A New Companion

Hallo alle ich Weiss Dass, der Herr Gott da ist/ I know the lord God is there. It was a good week. 

 

 

Monday: a sad final pickelball match happened since all my friends are getting transferred. We went Ti guitar center and I played on the drums, natürlich, and I played a tenor ukulele which was epic. 

 

 

Tuseday: transfers, I left elder Poulter and I got elder hanks. We where going to knock a door and couldn't find for the life of the the house number, then a truck rolls his window while waiting for the light to turn green and yells at us "are you Mormons?" we said yes and we drifted into the parking lot near him and we ran over to him. He said he had never seen us outside before and wanted to know more about what we belive in. We went back to the house and as clear as day we found the house number, we talked To her and we set up a lesson. A fun thing happened at the gas station, a guy walked up to me, looked at my tag and asked are you all selling cocaine? I said no and walked away but that was the funniest thing that happened to me on the mission so far. 

 

 

Wednesday: it was my awesome mothers birthday, sadly I forgot to make a Facebook post for her so I'll come up with something. We found a person guided by the Holy spirit who fell out f contact with the missionaries and was super happy we stopped by. We spent an hour reorganizing our desks and living room. I had to string p all of my laundry because the dryer was broken. 

 

 

thursday: I signed up for the covid shot, that's really all the eventful things that happened 

 

 

Friday: service day and exchanges. I had en Elder come up to Morris, and then we went and I used some of my talents, I went and I Tore out carpet for them since they didn't know how to and I did. I also got to talk to a german on Facebook so I can practice more. 

 

 

Sauterday: we went to the store since we hit rock bottom and didn't have any food, and then I Re washed my clothes since they smelled like mildew.

 

 

Sunday: we had stake conference and it as a blast, the audio was super bad and it was super funny, but there where some really good talks and testimonys, one of which was from a recent convert in my last area in Bolingbrook so that was super awesome to see. We deep cleaned our apparent and found some LED lights so we stuck them under the cabnits so we have a "pimpin'" kitchen. 

 

 

It was a good week, I had some struggles, but we have so much set up for this next week uts gonna be awesome.
