Hey, I hope all is well.  Thursday: We didn't do anything crazy. It was just a chill pday.  Friday: we went to langen for an exchange and it was fun, we got there early and had a fun member lesson.  Saturday: we met with a member and started to read the Story of Christ's birth since it's the Christmas season.  Sunday: nothing crazy, I got the sacrament and we didn't have anything afterwards.  Monday: we had a mellow finding day, we still didn't find any new friends.  Tuesday: we had another exchange, the langen elders came down to us and we also had district counsel. We played some music and jammed out a bit.  Wednesday: We had Service at 9 in the morning and I put up wall hanging cabinets which was super super fun to do.  Thursday: 1 YEAR Mark today was actually really really lame but that's OK since I hit my 1 year as a missionary so that's epic.  That's all I got. Hey everyone, how's it going? I hope all is well for you all.  Thursday: well we visited some Christmas markets and that was amazing, pictures from that are in last week's email.  Friday: I got my vaccination record digitized which is great so now I won't have any problems with the people not accepting my american one.  Saturday: nothing different happed today, pretty bland day.  Sunday: we had a really really good fast sunday fast and testimony meeting. It was super powerful.  Monday: we had a zone conference which was great and we had a white Elephant and played some games. Hey everyone, today I decided instead of saying how my week Was  to share my struggles and some things I have learned.  So Yeah I am and have been struggling with mental depression and it's hard. I can't feel the Holy Spirit, I can't feel God's love and I can't really find the joy that is part of missionary work and also a part of God's plan for me. Everyday its a battle to get out of bed. It's one stepp at a time and one hour at a time. It's hard, it's ment to be and it makes me feel weak, power less to beat it. Now there has been improvement and that is a very very important thing to understand because at first it was also fighting the battle of suicide but now I im not having that Problem.  I want to thank those of you who have reached out to me with love and Support, I haven't responded to those of you who have but I saw the emails and messages and I want you to know that I live and appreciate those of you who reached out to help me so so muc...
