Long Week

Ita been a long week, I didn't have much happen but that's OK. I finally have a good way of learning German so I'm starting to see impt9on my horrid German Grammer.

 

 

Monday: the only thing good about today was that I got to go to guitar center and then out all of the things in my life and just play drums, anyone who know that I play the Drums knows that I do it a lot... All day everyday. It is my way out, my escape, my stress relief, I am grateful for schlagzeug (drums) because I fixed any emotion I'm working with, I take it to the kit and I leave it with the kit. I just get lost in rythem, feeling the beat and going with it. I miss drums and I don't know if i will be able to play again until after my mission.

 

 

Tuseday: I had exchanges with elder adams, I love that guy, we bought 10 burritos from taco bell and ate them. We made up a game called degadams ball and it's complicated but it's better them normal Pingpong.

 

 

Wednesday: we had district counsel and that was OK, we exchanged back and got to work, we met with an awesome family and had a fun activity to the the kids about how the holy ghost work and how it can be hard to hear the Holy Ghost. We had a pop up service opportunity which are always great, we moved a chair out of a house and moved one from another room to the main room.

 

 

Thursday: we had a member lesson which was fun, we got some contacts in which was great. I lost to elder hanks in degadams ball.

 

 

Friday: running, finally! We got out and ran, it only took us a week to get out and do it. We were walking to a lesson and a random kid biked past with no hands( riding with no hands, he had actual hands) and stopped and asked "are you missionaries for the church of Jesus christ of latter-day saints?" we said yes and he said have safe travels on your journey and biked off, we thought it was weird but it hit me that that was the only decin in the ward and we thought it was kind of funny.

 

 

I also cut my thumb open trying to open a can of tuna, so I was bleeding out for like 10 minutes, and them it stopped and we put stuff on it and now I have a big cut on my thumb, I hope it's a cool scar so I can tell people when I'm old I got in a nasty fight with a big tuna fish and that was where he got me but I got him better and ate him.

 

 

Saturday: we had some lessons and tried to find some people but not to much success today.

 

 

Sunday: I am so grateful for church and the opportunity to go and remember my savior and my father in heaven. I love the opportunity to work as a missionary. Our whole afternoon was eaten up by us trying to update elder hanks phone so that stank.
