The Shot That Killed Me

Monday: I got my covid shot and it sucked, the side effects had me in 3 sweaters and in all my blankets in a ball on my chair. I spent 5 hours with my eyes closed making phone calls.

Tuseday: We had CDC which is when our zone meets together for a counsil. It was 65 degrees and I still had chills from my shot so I showed up in a sweater and my winter jacket, yeah the thing I wear when it's - 20 degrees. We stopped by a nice inactive member and he was super nice. We made some fun content for our zone Facebook page about repentance.

Wednesday: we did an fun service project, we put up plywood and dry wall on a members home theater. They also gave us dinner. I went and bought happy juice ( it's 80¢ cream soda in a Liter bottle but it's considered happy juice)

Thursday: we taught one of our friends and read in the book of mormon with them. We also meet another member and had a small lesson. Then meet with my favorite members again. So it's was a fairly mellow day.

Friday: OH MY GOSH!!! This was crazy, so first we had a lesson with a person and made them a new person. Then we met with an inactive member and tried to get her a ride to church but no one could but we got her one for next week. So we where wondering where to go to talk to people and so I felt like we should go down town. Now downtown Morris is super dead, like there is no one around on the weekend or firday nights. And so we payed about it and we went, we turned the corner and I kid you not...there where over a 100 middle aged women like the street was jam packed of them. It was crazy but not a single one we talked to was interested at all. But it was crazy.

Sauterday: we had a zone breakfast with the stake presidency. We read with one of our friends and bad a member family come with us. I bragged about my ukulele skills to one of my friends (you know who you are) and made fun of cheese to another friend ( you know who you are as well). We had a zone devotional about faith which was nice.

Sunday: I held a baby racoon (a member found one and is going to raise it apperently. Also im super sure that it is not legal to have wild animal pets here) and I also cooked a 10.6 pound ham. We had one of our friends come to church. I want to give a moment to my mom, I love her a lot, she has shown so much compassion upon me. She lifted me up when I went down. When I pushed her away she came back, when I hurt her she forgave me and was an example to me. She is forgiving to me and my flaws. I am grateful to my mother and I guess I should make a Facebook thing about it huh.
